Our partner has implemented a fix to tracking timestamps and we have worked to correct induction events for the shipments impacted on our end. We are currently monitoring for any lingering issues. Thank you for your patience while we worked to correct the error.

We continue to work with our partners to resolve issues with inaccurate tracking events for some Chit Chats International Tracked shipments. Due to the error, some shipments may be inducted into their network unexpectedly and the ability to request postage refunds may be temporarily unavailable. We are awaiting further information on the resolution of the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
Please note that we are still able to accept and process these shipments in the meantime and our support team is working quickly to address inquiries.

We have identified an issue with the tracking events for some Chit Chats International Tracked shipments. Inaccurate tracking events are being relayed by our partner carrier for a number of shipments. As a result, some shipments are being inducted into their network unexpectedly. We have alerted our partner carrier to the issue and are awaiting further information. We will provide an update once more details become available.
