Our QZ Tray certificate expired Mar 21, 2019. QZ Tray is the software that is used to link the Chit Chats website with label printers. When attempting to print you would see a warning indicating that "Venture Media wants to connect to QZ Tray Untrusted website". Note that Venture Media is the parent company of Chit Chats.
We have renewed the certificate and the problem is now resolved.
We are reviewing our certificate renewal process to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
